We are a fast growing premier real estate redevelopment company  located in Windward, Ohau.  Candidates must have a reliable transportation and be able to travel as needed for jobs in and around the island. Must be highly motivated and responsible with exceptional work ethics.

*Licensed & Insured contractor and subcontractor required.

Our typical project time frames generally run from 1-5 months. Our goal is to turn around our projects at a rapid pace so we can get paid as timely as possible and use the profits to immediately start on the next renovation. This ensures that our contractors team has a steady supply of work. We have a proven system in place with a predetermined Scope Of Work (SOW) containing all the renovation details for each property, making life much easier for our contractors. In turn, they can focus on doing the work they do best- contracting.

-Step 3- You bid on the property based off of our detailed scope of work

-Step 4- When Approved you start work.  We love paying for completed work
